WELCOME

HOME SOVEREIGNTY STUDIO is a practice dedicated to stewarding ancestral, spiritual and land based technologies as a path towards healing & liberation. Currently HSS focuses on NARRATIVE CHANGE (through multiple mediums of storytelling) and MATERIAL CHANGE (through resource redistribution/mutual aid, soulful worldbuilding, and land based stewardship) in service of the sovereignty of all beings. HSS emerges from and is in service to historically resilient communities and all of our revolutionary ancestors. HSS does this through a variety of seasonal services and offerings.

A PRAYER

🕯 Make us instruments of collective sovereignty from root to root 🕯

Meditating on our Ancestral Wings, we come from bloodlines formed from two parents [and their lands] and their parents [and their lands] and so on. Our imperfect lineages with all of their vibrancy, blessings, ruptures, missing, and chosen links, show us that we are the root - the nucleus of the Infinite Ancestral - human and more than human. We exist because and within them enduringly defiantly in times of colonial fragmentation. Hence the prayer to Earth; to Creator; to Ancestors; to spirit of Fierce Compassion; to Mystery: "make us instruments of collective sovereignty from root to root."
